“The City of Joondalup Inside-Out Billboard project has attracted state and national attention, with its eye catching internally lit billboard on the side of the Library in the heart of the City centre. The billboard displays commissioned artworks by Western Australian artists including Helen Smith, Chloe Tupper and Christophe Canato and will be changed every six months.
